This Privacy Policy applies to the Purely Remind mobile application and related services operated by Fennobed GmbH (the “Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 25 August 2026.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. Fennobed does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Purely Remind does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Do third parties receive information from the Application?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, Fennobed does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Purely Remind does not create server-side user profiles, does not require accounts, and does not keep a server-side history of your reminders or ordinary in-app activity.
Any reminder content or settings that the Application stores locally on your device remain under your control and are not retained by Fennobed as personal data on its servers.
If you voluntarily contact Fennobed, for example by email, information contained in that correspondence may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Where reminder content or preferences are stored locally on your device, you can remove them using the controls available in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.
If you have voluntarily provided personal information to Fennobed outside normal app use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@fennobed.online. We will handle such requests in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. Fennobed does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected through ordinary use of the Application itself.
Security
Because Purely Remind does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data through Fennobed systems is limited. However, no technical system is completely secure. Fennobed applies reasonable safeguards to systems and to any information it may lawfully hold.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app-user personal data is minimal. If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to Fennobed, Fennobed will take appropriate steps and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Fennobed may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a change, Fennobed will request it before the relevant processing begins.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to Fennobed and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
